Please note: we use postal and other delivery companies which are responsible for getting your product to you on time. If they experience problems, we work closely with them to help communicate any delays to you.
Designing / Printing
Images are permanently deleted once you click on delete and we cannot recover the deleted images.
The front cover contains a full-bleed cover image in a modern matte finish. The front cover can be any color you like if you place an image of the desired color onto it.
The back cover, spine and inside cover of our photobooks are white and cannot be edited.
We use 45 lbs silk paper for the inner pages of our photo books and the cover has an anti-scratch, matte lamination.
To ensure the best result we recommend that your photos have 300 DPI for the size of the print. Photos with a range of 150-300 DPI will most often print with good quality, while photos with less than 150 DPI will be bad quality prints. Always ensure that you select the highest resolution versions of a photo you have.
Note that Facebook & Instagram compress your photos so the image might like good on your screen but it will not always print well. Do note that using filters on your photos can also affect the print quality.
We use a long-lasting, archival-quality glue binding for all our books, allowing them to open 180 degrees without any trouble.
Shipping speed will depend on the shipping method you selected when placing the order.
Your estimated delivery time is displayed during the ordering process and is also sent in the order and shipping confirmation emails.
We have two ways you can easily track your order.
- When your order ships, you will receive an email with a link to track your order.
- Track your order on your Account page and click "Orders". Here you will be able to view the order's status and tracking information if a trackable shipping method was selected.
After an order has been submitted you may cancel it by contacting us before your book has been sent to print. Generally 1-2 business days.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products with spelling errors. We ask our customers to carefully proofread all pages before submitting an order. We also offer a 2-business day window from when the order is placed to make any adjustments necessary or cancel an order.
